I am writing the same post in the Dubai Forum as well.
My husband just received a job offer for Salalah,Oman. Anyone in the Oman Forum from Salalah? Where would be a good area to live for expat? It's just me, my husband and my miniature dachshund. I like space and I was told it's either a 2 bedroom apartment or a 5 to 6 bedrooms villa!! We are currently in Mumbai, India, been here 2 years now and prior to that we were in Dubai for 2 years, thus I am a follower of ExpatWoman.com.
What's in Salalah? I hear that it is a very small town like village.
Are Omani people dog friendly?
Is there a good website for buying and selling furniture, like we have dubizzle in UAE.
Love to hear from someone living in Salalah.
