Hello,

could someone recommend any good place for pedicure here in Doha!! i was in Landmark mall yesterday and saw a tiny place there called Beauty Express!! have you heard of it!
I didn't try it first because i wasn't sure how much small places here are regulated for sterile tools!! and second to be honest with you their cheap prices made me think oh... is this because it's not a good place or is this the price range here (manicure 60 QR and pedicure 40 QR)!!

many thanks
x

I like Diva Lounge (between Royal Plaza and Salwa Road). Always fairly quiet in the morning, only seems to be busy on the weekend. Ladies are pleasant and the place is simple and clean. I usually try and go with a girlfriend to have a catch up at the same time, nothing like multi-tasking! HTH :)

Novice2 I might have met you there.. There was a lady having pedicure done with a cute little girl on her lap.. Actually I liked the idea, I though I'd it once with my girl. This is my first time to do my nails in Doha as we came here only 2 weeks ago so I can't really compare Express Beauty to other places, I said i was happy with their job BUT forgot to say that I found their customer service is very poor(or maybe only the girl who did my nail, she was quite grumpy!!) and I also agree with you that their nail polish selection was very poor!! I also had a pedicure at Beauty Express in Landmark yesterday afternoon! It was a great pedi but very expensive in my opinion. I paid QR95 for the pedi + another QR13 for the polish! Their normal pedicure (QR45) includes only the toes & cuticles. You need to pay for a spa pedicure (QR95) if you want a heel scrub etc. And I was surprised to find that that the spa pedi did not include polish (and their nail polish selection is poor - all bright reds, bright pinks, there was a metalic emerald green polish but nothing subtle if that's what you prefer)!! At Nails salon all the above is included in the normal pedicure so its actually much cheaper, plus the atmosphere is MUCH nicer, less crowded and more relaxing and they have a huge polish selection. Another Nails fan here :)

If you are near Landmark, there is Nails Salon inside the shop called Faces, near The One. Its well hidden but a gem! I go there a lot and always happy with the service. Its a bit, but not over the top more expensive than some other (also good) places. Their standard is quite good I think. Worth to check, just go inside Faces and ask for the salon. There are stairs to reach it. Or, if you'd like to get your nails done while doing your hair, there are some salons that combine this. Example Four Seasons Franck Provost hair combined with (yet again LOL) Nails. It aint cheap but extremely quick & comfortable. Im [b'>not[/b'> working for Nails Salon :) just a fan

Disa - I often use Beauty Express, they do a great manicure and the threading lady works WONDERS with my eyebrows! I'd definitely recommend them :)

I had a friend who used to go to Beauty Express all the time (she has since left) and loved it. Said they did a great job. I always go to Nails - they have branches in Landmark, 4 Seasons and Zai boutique in Salwa road. Probably the most expensive place to get mani/pedi in Doha, BUT always very clean and the girls are lovely.
