I once had a knee replacement surgery with Dr Sean Ng at Ardmore Orthopaedic Clinic., because I used to have bone arthritic knee.

I am avid cyclist, but last year, I couldn't finish the ride. I got depressed. to the point that i almost gave up biking.
But now, I don't remember feeling this good for years. I am back better than ever but worked hard in physical therapy.

Once you had your surgery there are some post care treatments to remember.
When you are ready, you can use a cane. You will probably be able to walk on your own in 4 to 8 weeks. but remember that a monthly rehabilitation is still needed after wards, to make you stronger and be able to withstand daily life routine like walking...

My dad before was also up for knee replacement due to his joint pains, but thankfully his rheumatologist Dr Leong Keng Hong was still able to help manage his symptoms without surgery.

Happy to hear you're recovering well. My father recently had a knee replacement surgery too. Poor thing, he could hardly walk or stand without feeling pain. We went to Dr Lim Lian Arn for the surgery. He was really nice and also put my dad up for PT. hopefully he'll also be able to fully recover soon.
