Chocolate Icing [1]
Chocolate Icing
Ingredients
4oz. butter, softened
7oz. castor sugar
1oz. cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla essence or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
0.5fl oz. cream
Cooking Time
15
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until a fluffy texture is reached

Add the cocoa one tablespoon at a time until it’s fully incorporated
-
Finally mix in the vanilla and the cream and you are ready to frost you cupcakes.
