Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
4.5 oz. flour
Pinch of salt
8fl oz. milk
3 eggs
Butter to grease the muffin tins

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Add the eggs and milk and mix until you have a smooth batter

Grease the muffin tin and divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve with a roast
