Coriander Dip [1]
Coriander Dip
Ingredients
1 bunch of coriander, stems discarded
2 cloves garlic, minced
0.5 fl oz. white vinegar
juice of half a lemon
0.5 fl oz. olive oil
0.5 fl oz. water
1 tsp. jalapeno sauce (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
-
In a food processor pulse the cilantro until minced, not pureed
-
stir in the remaining ingredients and taste, season further if required
-
serve immediately or refrigerate for later use
