Crunchy Raw Banana Cutlet
Ingredients
4 Raw banana (Boiled and mashed)
1 tsp Chopped Green chillies
1 tsp Cumin powdered
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Roasted and crushed Peanut (for coating)
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients well, except the oil.

Divide into four equal portion. Shape each portion between the palm of your hand to make round cutlets.

Roll in peanut powder and cook on tawa using oil as per requirement.

Serve hot with green chutney.
