Georgia is not a very well known country, however expats who have lived there in the past absolutely fall on love with the country and the culture. Buckswood Tbilisi provides secondary education to students from grades 1 to 12 (ages: 6 – 18) and also provides an Early Years Foundation Stage (pre-school) Course for children 4 or 5 years old. Residents Visa and Work Permit information


Nationals from North America, Europe, some Middle East territories and Australia may enter and stay in the country for 360 days. Nationals from Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkey may enter and stay for 90 days. Most nationals from the African, Asian, and some in South America may obtain a visa on-arrival. The rest will have to obtain a visa from a Georgian embassy or consulate in their home or host country.

The more popular areas in Georgia are Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi. Expats have a range of options with accommodations: hotels, apartments, homestays, bed and breakfasts. Driving License

Healthcare


Medical treatments and facilities in Georgia are up to Western standard however they are limited. Most facilities are located with Tbilisi and Batumi. Medical costs are also expensive. A comprehensive travel and health insurance is recommended to cover or reimburse and costs incurred.
