Quick Eggie Brekkie
Ingredients
6 slices white bread
4 eggs - beaten
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
4 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt to taste
Preparation

Beat the eggs well till it starts to slightly froth up.

Drop in the pepper, salt and chili powder, and mix well.

In a fying pan, heat the oil.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and drop it in the frying pan (medium heat).

Cook one side and turn over.

Fry the bread till golden on either side.

Serve sizzling hot for breakfast with tomato ketchup or mint chutney sauce.
