Homemade Greek Salad Dressing
Ingredients
6 fl oz. olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1.5 tsp. dried oregano
½ tbsp. dried basil
2 fl oz. red wine vinegar
1 oz. feta cheese, crumbed
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 chopped calamata olives
Preparation

Whisk all of the ingredients together

Allow to stand in the fridge for a few hours for the flavours to infuse

whisk again before serving
