Guacamole [1]
Guacamole

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 lime juice
½ onion finely diced
1 medium tomato, finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1tbsp coriander, finely chopped
Preparation
-
Peel and seed the avocadoes and mash the meat with a fork
-
add the lemon juice and salt and pepper and mash further
-
mix in the rest of the ingredients
-
taste for acidity and seasoning, add more if necessary
-
allow to stand for half an hour
-
serve with your favourite Mexican dish or as a dip with chips
