Blue Cheese Burgers
Ingredients
1lb. lean ground beef
4 spring onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
fresh sage, finely chopped
6 slices blue cheese (sliced from a wedge)

Preparation

Combine the beef scallions, salt, pepper and sage
-
divide the meat into 8 equal portions and flatten into sliders
-
Sandwich a slice of cheese between two sliders
-
heat the grill and cook the burgers until done
-
serve with lettuce, tomato and onion in burger buns
