Kadai Gosht
Ingredients
Mutton
Tomatoes
Green chilis
Ginger
Red chilis
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Cloves
Preparation
-
Fry the mutton in oil for a time and season with salt
-
Add the green chilis, tomatoes, crushed red chilisand let it cook on a low heat
-
Add a little water if necessary
-
Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and finely sliced ginger
