Kadai Gosht

Ingredients

Mutton
Tomatoes
Green chilis
Ginger
Red chilis
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Cloves

Preparation

  • Fry the mutton in oil for a time and season with salt
  • Add the green chilis, tomatoes, crushed red chilisand let it cook on a low heat
  • Add a little water if necessary
  • Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and finely sliced ginger
