BBQ Potatoes
Ingredients
454g potatoes - cut into wedges
6 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning mixture of your choice (herbs and spices)
Preparation

Baste the potatoes in the oil and the seasoning mixture.

Place them in a grill basket or straight on the grill.

Turn them periodically and baste with the oil mixture as needed.

The potatoes should be ready in 20 minutes, but keep a close eye on them so that they don’t burn.
