Nela's Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
8 oz feta cheese, crumbed
2oz pimentos, drained
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Chop the artichokes and pimentoes

Add the remaining ingredients and mic thoroughly

Bake for 20mins

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy
