Nela's Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
8 oz feta cheese, crumbed
2oz pimentos, drained

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Chop the artichokes and pimentoes
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mic thoroughly
  • Bake for 20mins
  • Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy
