Dessert Roses

Ingredients
250 Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa
150g plain cereals
Preparation

Chop the chocolate and put it in a pot with 2 tbsp. of water or skimmed milk.

Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.

Place the cereals in a bowl and pour the chocolate on them.

Stir gently to cover all cereals with the chocolate then form small heaps with a soup spoon.

Place on aluminum foil or small molds and refrigerate for 30 minutes so they harden well.
