Coconut Pineapple Cooler

Ingredients
2 tender coconut
1 tbsp sugar
2 pinches salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 cup crushed ice
Small pieces of coconut malai (for garnishing)
Preparation

Keep separate coconut malai and water.

Combine the malai, sugar and salt and blend in a mixer. So you get a froth.

Pour into 4 individual glasses add 1/4 cup of crushed ice in each glass and top with small pieces of coconut malai.

Serve immediately.
