Every now and again Mother Nature forces us to slow down and marvel at her beauty, or power. On 21 August 2017 she did it again and mesmerized the world with a total solar eclipse.
This was the first total solar eclipse that the United States has seen since 1979 and the photo’s that were captured are breath-taking! The eclipse was visible in North America, parts of South America, Africa, and Europe but only North America was lucky enough to observe the full solar eclipse.
For everyone in the UAE feeling left out, don’t threat! There will be an annular solar eclipse on 26 December 2019. Until then, here are the best photo's of the solar eclipse:
