I booked directly with the hotel, sent an email telling them we are airline staff and then they sent the quote; we have to produce our ID upon check in. Got our airport pick up sorted too which I was told could be a hassle if left for last minute.

hi went to cairo couple years back highly recommend four seasons..not indoor pool but amazing service and we used them for transportation and everything...had friends go before us and they were taken advantage of by taxi drivers. the hotel made great recommendations for us and we also used a guide through them- she was fab wouldnt have done it any other way. there are 2 four seasons but we stayed at the nile plaza.. walking distance to museum. was told by friends from cairo wouldnt recommend staying at mena house oberoi as it is far from city and unless you plan on staying at pyramids whole trip you will sit in traffic all the time to get back into the city. have fun!

You can go to the Mena house Oberoi with a view on the pyramides. There is a big swimming pool. At winter time the weather can be a little bit cold..
