I cancelled my maid's visa eventually and she is now on her way back home, I had to drive her to the airport and also up to passport control.. whew!.
Apparently during probation, which is valid for 3 months,either party can cancel at a day's notice.

I have a full-time, live-in maid and I arranged for her to be transferred to my husband's sponsorship one month ago. We are not happy with her work attitude and complaining nature.
She is on a probationary period for 3 months and she has not yet completed one month!
I would like to understand the procedure for visa cancellation and our obligations for her.
1. Are we obliged to provide her month's notice given that she is still on probation?
2. I believe the we do need to provide her a one-way ticket back home . Do we also need to take her to the airport?

Have you find solutions to your questions? I suggest you go to this website abudhabi.ae it might help you answer all your questions. And also i would suggest to call labour for more informations. And as far as i know even they are still under probation it is just fair to give them month notice, and to send them or take them to the airport is depending if you want it or not it is still your responsibility to know that she safely arrive on her 1st step going back on her country of origin.
