We're from Malta and we'll be moving to Dubai 1st of March. We'll initially be in temp. accommodation and will be looking for accommodation in the Springs. Would like to hear some tips & pros and cons of the different areas. Budget - 125K. Our priorities are :
- good quality, ongoing maintenance by owner
- 2bdr + maids/study as a minimum
- nice garden
- close to kids amenities
- close to JAPS transport stops
- proximity to nursery
- easy access to metro and exit / entrance from/to SZR
- good to have nice views
Would you recommend any specialist agencies for the springs? What do the different types 4E etc represent?
