Hi there. We signed our two boys up for FS2 and Year 1 a while back and have since seen the KHDA report. We have decided to loose our deposit money and move them somewhere else. This is based on the fact that they are in a prep school rated outstanding by Ofsted in the UK and we just don't want to take the risk of sending them somewhere that isn't "Outstanding" or even a "very good". Its been a really hard decision and one thats been harder to make when you are still in the UK and having to rely on the internet/reports/forums and virtual tours!
Yes please! I'm desperate for feedback on this school. I've got two kids starting here from a British prep school in August and my instinct is telling me it was a bad choice.
DSO? What is that an abbreviation for. I have my two boys (4 and 5) enrolled to start at GEMS Wellington Al Khail in August. I'm seeing an increasing number of negative reviews and the class sizes are a major concern to me. Both my kids are in a prep school here and he classes are between 12-15 on average. I really want them to stay in a house school environment or something as close to that as possible. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
Does anyone know anything about Foremarkes School?
I have a bad feeling my kids may only last a term at GEMS. We were in a rush to move and this was the only school we saw and my husband was won over by the facilities.
