Thank you ladies. I'm sure there are a lot of sufferers out there that suffer in silence. I will try Lifeworks and also German Neuroscience Centre. Thank you again.

Hi CoDublinlass, my apologies for the late response but for some reason I'm not getting notifications when a new thread is posted. Sue, thanks for contacting me. Fortunately Miss Vixen (a cat) went to her new home last night, a lovely family with teenage kids. I'm really pleased. It sounds like Sue has an alternative option for you though. Good luck, I hope you're united with your perfect cuddly kitty. Happy New Year all x

Thanks Balu. So far everything has been ok, I've had no landlord knocking on my door, but I have handed over cash to Them to get me an access card, but I now can't get hold of them, which means I can't get into my building at the moment. Yes I joined the Facebook group. I will go and see RERA this week, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hey all, I rented an apartment in Old Town from them, they told me they were the owner of this apartment, and their name is on the tenancy contract. Is their name on all your tenancy contracts? I've been trying to reach them for a few days now and suspected they had closed down, so I googled them to try and see if their number had changed and I stumbled across this forum, which has now really concerned me. Did you all meet last night? If so, is someone able to email me so I can find out what my choices of action are? My email address is joworman at gmail dot com. I can't write the full email address as it gets removed. I would really appreciate any assistance or advice.

Wondering around Al Barsha last night. Very friendly but no collar and hasn't been neutered. If you've lost your cat, please contact me.

@Kirstina_rmnv, great work, people like you restore my faith in humanity. @DlnAces21, yes, we have a vet that comes down to the farm once a week, and she's been a fantastic help, checking the babies for ringworm, etc. Al Barsha vet have been extremely helpful, and also have a special every month for stray cats, 300 dirhams to have them de-sexed, which is a good price :) I think they get kittens dumped on their door step very often, at the moment they have 3 that are a few days old, they're as big as the palm of my hand - too cute. A friend found 3 babies lying next to a dead mom, she took all three kittens in, bottle fed them till they were well enough to be homed, and they're all happy house cats now. Dentro, I suppose she should have left them there huh? Because that's nature, and we would rather see them die than intervene and try and save their lives??? ppfftt!!! Keep up the good work ladies ... for every 1 person that's heartless and cruel, there are 5 that care x

Wow, the ignorance of some people astound me. @dentro, why do think we have such a huge problem with feral cats in Dubai? Because people decide to take in a pet, and then leave the country and return home, and decide to dump their pet on the streets because its too costly to take them with, and rely on people like us to clean up their mess! Here is someone, devoting her time, energy and money, to look after these poor babies and try and find them a loving family and get them off the street (where they would have a very short life span) and then you get someone like you that can only find the energy to criticise! Get a life!
