Abu Dhabi Free Zones Might Be Getting Entrepreneur Visas

Entrepreneurs might soon be able to start or move their business to Abu Dhabi with considerable more ease. The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) said on Monday, October 23rd that they are in discussion with the Abu Dhabi government to exclusively issue visas for entrepreneurs and start-ups.

As ADGM is a free zone, the visas will be valid for three-years although it seems like these visas will be limited to ADGM’s members only.

According to ADGM’s CEO of the Registration Authority, will any member of ADGM be able to apply for an entrepreneur visa.

Even though it might be limited, taking this step will help entrepreneurs and start-ups get their visas and start operations much easier than before.

According to Saeed Amidi, CEO of Plug and Play are entrepreneurs facing a lot of challenges because of visas.
