    We are looking for a new member for our dynamic team to join us as an Office Administrator/ Receptionist.

    The role will involve, but is not limited to, management of the following:
    • Admin & Receptionist Email accounts
    • Classified adverts

    • Office consumables
    • Events admin assistance
    • Filing & reporting
    • Email list reconciliation

    The ideal candidate will have English as their first language, a professional telephone manner, excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, be internet savvy and most of all have common sense! Excellent literacy numeracy and analytical skills are also a must.

    You will be liaising with suppliers and clients as well as the ExpatWoman team so a professional, personable and patient demeanour is a must.

    The position is a full time role with office hours being 9am – 5pm, Sunday to Thursday in our Studio City Office with 20 working days holiday per annum. There may be additional outside of office hours work occasionally if event assistance is required.
