For this area we are focussing on the towers from the World trade centre area to The Dusit Thani Hotel. Before all the new construction the towers on SZR were the prime rea estate location of Dubai.
There is a curious mix of old and new towers along this stretch of road. rents vary from 60,000 AED to 400,000 AED and everything in between. There are tons of facilities with many shops, bars, restaurants and gyms within walking distance... and this stretch of road really bustles. The views from the higher floors of the towers are amazing- this really is true city living!
