you should also try the h20 pure blue hair filters. I suffered badly from hair loss aswell due to the harsh water in Dubai and after i started using this hair filter it made my skin go better aswell as i stopped loosing hair. It catches alot of the sand, chlorine, and harsh impurities that are in the water here in dubai.
its an amazing product and im so happy i got it because there is nothing worse than having your hair fall out especially for a girl !

I am using well woman tricologic tabs for hair growth, strength & condition .. my hair was falling due hormonal imbalance & stress & since i started taking these vitamins tabs i feel better , my hair is much healthier, stronger & growing again ( : i am happy with the results.
each tab contains 26 nutritional vitamins ! the 60 tabs cost 225 dirhams & you have to take 2 tabs a day ..

I heard of Perfectil vitamins but never tried it ..
Good luck .

Could anybody recommend a good, friendly trichologist for my 16 year old daughter with hair loss?

I would be very grateful for this. Thanking you in advance...

Please, let me know after how you found him. My 16 years old daughter had a terrible hair loss when we mooved here. Since we bought the shower filter it is much much better, even for her skin. She also takes vitamins for the hair and Furterer and Kerastase shampoos. The chlorine is really agressive for the scalp and the hair.
The filter is the first step.

breteuil, do you mind telling us what brand shower filter you have and how much you paid for it? Is it easy to install?

I bought them from Carrefour and my husband fixed them. I know that there is also a local brand (H20) which seems to be good.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I have already put filters on all shower heads. I thought it was helping initially as her hair started to grow. However, her hair is falling out again. I think that exam stress has a big part to play in all of this. It is very scary out here not knowing who to trust. Some of these clinics, shampoo treatments are just out to make money. I wish I knew what to do.

I would recommened for your daughter to try as well.
There is an amazing line of hair product for failing hair. You can find it in pharmacies. It is in green packs, french product. I only bought 1 shampoo and 1 condition. ( didnt use condition, was too lazy :p)
and mashaala its been already more than 2 years how my hair dont fall anymore. My friend in addition to shampoos used ampuls. ( I am not working for this brand!!! so dont think I am making you buy it. I had the ame problem and I am just really want to help others)

Ps how it helps your daugher like it helped me!
With best regards

The green packs are Furterer products i think (french brand).

You might also try an endocrinologist, since hair loss is frequently hormonal. And it's really devastating to go to doctor after doctor when all you really need is an over-the-counter birth control pill.
