The gadget shop ( cant remember its name) across from Virgin megastore in MOE sell the UK ipad 2 with Facetime already installed -- mine came from Dubai Duty Free and has face time installed :-)

nope. if you buy it here it will not be installed as standard (as they are elsewhere in the world) to be honest as i have skype on mine i don't feel like i'm missing out!
