Can Etisalat do this?
My not so darling DH went to Etisalat yesterday to pick up my long awaited iphone 4s for me. However, being the poor listener that he is (to put it politely) he bought the wrong colour. So, back he went today to exchange it for what i'd actually asked for only to be told that they couldn't swap it (even though it was bought yesterday and still unopened) due to warranty issues. How can this be possible?? Surely we're within our rights to exchange unopened goods, even if it was down to an error on our (his!) part... :(
