Its ironic, I ll be married in less than 20 days, and it happens that i cant have a real hen party, while 2bhub will have one...And i hear the boys talking quiet often about it, what makes me sad.

I dont think you can do anything big in Dubai for a bach party, but still, sitting here, listening to them, that they are planing one for him ( his friends obviously) and me sitting here no one planned anything for me just makes me feel like a real big loser :\ Thats how its life when you moving all the time, hard to have friends....I just needed to write this, i got no one else to talk to somehow. I told 2bhub but he said well you will do it in summer after the wedding...Still its not the same....

Anyone any idea how i could maybe just forget that he has one while i ll be sitting at home? :(

New girl...I can understand how you must be feeling...the idea of meeting some one for lunch or/AND...take yaself out for a wonderful treat at the spa in the time the boys do their thing is a great idea. The day of their party, you should be at the spa, being massaged and treated like a queen...because you deserve it..because you will be the bride soon...and because you are greatly LOVED! I say again...you deserve it! Lots of good wishes!

and thank you all for your understanding, makes me feel better :) I am 100 % the happiest girl to marry my fiance, and I know that, we are just moving so often, and its always hard for me to have friends.

As I said, its ironic. I never thought I would feel sad about that, but somehow, it does, when the boys are talking about THE PLAN ....and my friend just recently left for good ( m not easy in making friends :\ ) SO i am happy to get married, but this daily THE PLAN - listening is just a bit too much. And i m not saying anything, since it means much to him....So i feel only lonley, since my friend also left and well.... @ elle thx will send u an e-mail :)

Like the others have said its not that she isnt having a night out it is the fact that it highlights she hasnt yet made friends and is feeling a little lonley. Have a heart, think we can all understand being a newbie edited by Nosey Norah on 05/04/2012

that's harsh monkey face...I enjoyed my hen as much as my wedding (don't tell DH LOL)...a night out with elle could sort it out though! I don't mean to sound harsh, it just sounds very trivial to be sad about one night that in the grand scheme of things doesn't mean anything when you have a wedding to look forward to! :)

Why not just focus on the fact that you will be having a wedding soon and marriage and a hen night is the least important thing and be grateful for what you have? She's feeling excluded :( It sounds very dramatic! Just because her fiancee will be out one night and she won't be? Just focus on the good times ahead and don't worry about one silly night. I think you miss the point! The poor OP is feeling lonely and friendless. Hens nights can be surprise parties organised by friends and a real special event, to bring those special women in your life together. She's obviously feeling left out as she's new here and doesn't know many people, whereas her hubby to be obviously has mates here. Have a heart, must be a tough time.

Why dont you book yourself somewhere for a night of pampering instead of sitting in the house? massage, mani/pedi, scrub, facial etc
