Thanks Ishinami; I have been waiting for such a feedback for long time. You pointed out strengths and weaknesses of Littlewoods. However, at the beginning of May I accepted a space for my son in one of the Raffles nurseries because it was much easier to get feedback from parents. I'll see how it goes in September; hopefully I made the right decision.

hi sorry been meaning to reply to this for ages but I never seem to have time to login these days! DS has been at Littlewoods for 2 year now from the age of 6 months as I had to go back to work then. I really like Littlewoods, the facilities are excellent, they do Kindermusik, swimming twice a week and provide meals which when you are working and even if you are not, is really helpful.

On the downside, there have been three headmistresses in the time we have been there and the latest one just seems to get rid of staff at a moment's notice. I must say though my son has not noticed any of the changes, he continues to receive excellent care there, they are extremely flexible and accommodating. I did go and look around at other nurseries recently including Willow, Inspire, Little Scholars, Little Wonders, etc., but I kept DS in Littlewoods as it really is a lovely nursery, they also do FS1 & FS2 in case you don't get into the school of your choice, and it's not so huge that your child is lost amongst all the other kids. They do lots of artwork, regular concerts, and are open from 7am to 6pm if you need to drop off early or pick up late. They also have dedicated spaces for the kids to sleep during the day which quite a few nurseries didn't. I am trying to be as unbiased as possible, so I hope this is helpful for you.

Hi Ladies,

does any of you send their children to the Little Woods nursery? If yes, are you happy with it?
I have visited the nursery this morning and was impressed with their facilities (large swimming pool, gym, big garden...) and the teachers/manger. I would put my son down for September if I manage to get some feedback from parents.
