forgot to add jean luc and his team are mainly from the UK. Really nice dealing with a western office when it came to such a important purchase.

1st thing you need to do is go and see a mortgage advisor. DH and i use a guy called jean luc from home matters. we have used him with our 2 previous properties. He knows the property market here inside out, can recommend area's, go over your budget and arrange pre approval for you. He also knows a few real estate agent so will be able to point you in the right direction. Funnily the real estate agent we used last time now works for jean luc at homematters. Good luck!

Hello, I need information about buying a residential property in Dubai. What r good n bad points about it?
I think by buying we safe the rent and pay to ourself, but property here is expensive compare to home( USA ) . I am confused and looking into getting more info.
