I would luv to share results on a daily basis and yes, could use all the motivation i can get to reach 12000. Its not as easy as it seemed
. How would you suggest we do it though? I have joined sparkpeople.com (my third time on and off there) and this time I am hoping to stay focussed and on it.
So far I have clocked about 7000-8000 steps max on average per day.. that is about 5 - 5.5km per day. Since doing the c25k will gradually increase the distance, i am keeping that as my training.
You mentioned you are using ur pedometer... may i ask which brand and how is it? do you wear it all day?
