On the left hand side of the screen is a section that says
Featured Links,click on Pets and Vets and there is instructions
on lost pets.
The tipped ear could mean the cat is a Feline Friend spay /neuter
and release cat.
Contact them and advise that you have found this cat.The cat should be
taken to a vet ( Nad Al Sheba is close to you ) to check for a microchip.

Fo the last two days there has been a grey and white cat outside my villa it has a bit missing on its ear. Not sure if it's lost or lives around . But it hasn't moved away so assume its lost ? I am on L and the cat is till outside if it's yours ?
