I had a breakout on my forehead recently. Went to the pharmacy and the guy told me to buy this soap: acne-aid. It was dhs 20-25 only and I can tell you honestly, all was gone in 3-4 days. I used it morning-evening.
Now I use it only on the days when I do sports outdoors, just wash my face afterwards with this soap. Just think 'skin oil+sweat+dust'..can't be a good combination in these hot days! :)
Also check that your moisturiser/foundation/etc is oil-free or at least non-comedonic.
Good luck!
Yeah i have a friend who use it also. i will consider that. Thank you. Before, even if i use dove soap on my face, its okay it will not create an acne. But G, the moment i transfer here in dxb, surprisingly i look terribly. Hehe. Blame it on the weather.
Maybe you should look at the side effects of having injections from your other thread????

thanks for the advice. Whoa! It ****** me off thinkin' what to do with these acnes. Its awful. Urgh. I tried Ponds but you know it caused much worst. Ok ill try that Neutrogena. I heard about it i think its good. How about Proactiv? you think its worth it to buy?
I used Proactiv years ago, it worked well, but as with most things, it became ineffective after using it for some time. That said, I would not recommend using it because I believe using more natural cleansers/toners/moisturizers is the better way to go, especially as adults. I don't buy into all these fancy overpriced products that are essentially all the same.
As what i'm telling to my sister who keeps on telling to try and buy one. Its expensive to dwell on a trial and error basis. Lol. But yeah, i agree with you. There's a lot on the market that is cheaper with the same effect as the expensive on.e You just need to find one that is really suitable to our skin type. But then sweetie, That is the hardest part. finding one that my skin will fall inlove to. Thank you for the advice Monkey face. (am pretty sure its the antonym of the real you). :)

Neurtrogena will definitely fit in to my budget also so i would not think twice to give it a try. Thank you plain - jane. :) You know i'm like dying just to find someone that will work coz in few months time i need to attend my sister's wedding. Urgh. I also took glutathione as my first dose. i hope this will contribute to the betterment of my facial issues. Yay!
With ponds and many other face washes they leave an oily residue on the skin which can block the pores and cause acne - especially in hot and humid climates like dubai. The nutrogena is designed specifically to cleanse the face without leaving an excess oil, this is why it is beneficial.
I have not tried proactive, so unfortunately cannot offer any advice about that.

This happened to me when I moved to Dubai. I switched to Nutrogena oil free acne wash. You can get from most supermarkets, and from memory is only about 40dhs.
It's from the weather because you are probably sweating a lot more than usual and very oily.
