Has anyone used KCal and did you find it helped you to lose weight/feel healthier?
I'm finding it increasingly difficult to cook healthy food, with working hours plus DH being away more and more.
I'm really tempted to do this KCal plan where they deliver all your meals to you each day, but would like to know if anyone's actually lost a significant amount of weight with it, and did it make you more healthy in the long run? I know I'm not eating anywhere near enough veg etc. so thought it could be good all round. Need to lose about 15kg too!
