Hello,

Does anyone know of a cooking course for housemaids ? We're going away on holiday for 1 week and I think it would be great if she could do something like this whilst we are away. She loves cooking and I am too busy to teach her...

TIA

Could you please send me Louis' contact information to loriewcg at Hotmail dot com? My maid is great but she and I would both like to have her learn to cook. I am not a good cook so would appreciate Louis' number. Thanks

Hi everyone I just wanted to share that the International Centre for Culinary Arts – ICCA http://www.iccadubai.ae/ offer cooking classes throughout the year. You can enrol your maid for a set of 3 / 6 or 9 classes. You choose the type of cuisine you would like her to learn and in each class they teach her 3 to 4 recipes. It all looks very appetising and well organised. I also spoke to Louis and his cooking training sounds really good too. But he does the class at your home so this is not convenient for us at the moment because I want my maid to be doing the course whilst we are away on holiday and not want anyone to come to the house in our absence. I may try this course later in the year. Thanks everyone for the tips.

Try the Perfect Help. Louis comes to your house and teaches cooking. He also advised my help on how to organize the kitchen and keep everything super clean. If you book him to come twice, he'll give her homework!

Can she read English? If so give her some fun or easy cook books to have fun with.
