I am breastfeeding my son. I read that a good massage can help stimulate more milk supply.
Anyone who knows who, where can perform a lactation massage.
I noticed that breastfeeding is not that seriously taken here in Dubai :(

Just lie back and embrace your inner gorilla. Wild animals don't have lactation consultants and massages - they just let it happen and if you do too, it will all work as nature intended!

Please ignore advice re any tablets to stimulate milk production. The only way to do this safely is to feed or express more frequently. Tablets are not a safe option as a) they won't work and b) they may pass unwanted substances onto the baby via the milk and c) may, if anything more than a sugar placebo, have side effects for mum. Very, very rarely can women not produce sufficient milk. There is a very clever and accurate inbuilt hormonal feedback mechanism that tells women's body when baby needs more milk. Anything artificial put into the equation is likely to prevent this amazing relationship, between babies need and mothers ability to supply. The key is time, relaxation and drinking plenty. Hot stuff like towels will reduce lactation as the blood supply to the milk ducts constricts. Heat can relieve discomfort of blocked ducts if used briefly but is not a good idea generally. Cool is better - cabbage leaves in the bra are a surprisingly effective old wives tale for painful breasts. A real pity their is not good midwifery support as once established breastfeeding has so many benefits to baby, mum and purse.

Very true breastfeeding is not taken seriously in Dubai! And help for it is even more harder to come by :( I came across a thread in here listing Lactation consultants and finally caught a break. Apart from using hot pads or hot waterbottle, I noticed Lactare tablets help in increasing milk production. However please ask your doctor before you start taking them.

Mumonthemove is spot on. The best way to stimulate milk production is by feeding frequently. The body has a feedback system so,once established you produce exactly the right amount of milk for your baby. Blocked ducts are also best cleared by a spot of repositioning and getting baby to latch and suck on blocked ducts. There are very few babies who can't feed and need specialist support - things like cleft palate, neurological deficit, and tongue tie (although that is very easily cured). You really don't need anyone to massage your breasts. If the are painful from being full or have a blocked duct use a warm flannel and get baby sucking. If however you feel ill, have a temperature above 38c and redness then you may have mastitis and need medical advice.

There is breastfeeding support available, but it's not widely accessible. I believe Expatwoman has a list of some avenues for breastfeeding support (but last I looked it was quite out of date). Massages may be great at relaxing which can boost well-being and may help if there are blocked ducts (this isn't really a supply issue per se), but the single best way to boost supply is to regularly and effectively empty the breasts (i.e. through frequent feeding, or expressing if baby is unable to feed effectively by themselves). Sometimes babies need a bit of help - if you are concerned about your supply then perhaps you could check in with a professional or trained volunteer bf counsellor, or connect with other bf mamas through an online bf support group or a meet-up?
