Dear Ladies,
I moved to Dubai 1,5 month ago and I had several interview with a known hotel in Dubai for sales manager position. After my interview with GM, I was called for A last interview with HR director and he told me that to start working for this company only A noc letter is enough. Till that time everything was going positive so far. And than without sending me their desicion HR asked my passport, emirates ID and photo via email which I sent. I am waiting an offer or negative feedback since 3 weeks and no update coming from hotel, what they told me is , they are waiting 2 references from goverment which I dont understand.. Do you have any idea about what kind of process I am having now???
