Local organic from Greenheart is the best. If it's not local it's flown in from gulf countries. That's your best option. Second is local non organic then gulf countries non organic, last is imported Organic if you have to!

You should be able to get it fixed or replaced under warranty, I had the same problem and took it to abm care in Tecom, had a new one within 3 days! The next day I put it through the washing machine and killed it ? edited by Puddle31 on 22/03/2015 Oh no! Thanks for the info.

My screen has frozen and has lines across it. Does anyone know a good company who can repair it? I think the seal has broken. Cell Metro said it will cost 450! Have you plugged it into the PC/Laptop and tried to restore it? Failing that try these guys http://www.abmme.com/contact-us.php?lang=EN They fixed my Iphone 4 for me Yes I tried that thanks. Did they charge you? Mine is less than a year old.

The car park is very close with regular Big Bus shuttles to the stadium. Departure was very quick at the end of the concert. I wouldn't wear spiky heals as the car park is the usual waste land covered in gravel. The pitch area is covered in metal sheeting. If you have pitch tickets I think you'll have a great night tonight. Last night we were seated in the grandstand rather than on the pitch & our position totally ruined what appeared to be a great concert. I say appeared as there was a cavernous gap between the pitch seating & grandstand & Michael Buble's voice was often drowned by the big band sound. The ambient sound of people behind us in the bars & quite clearly there to drink & shout increasingly loudly also ruined the concert. The stadium has to be one of the worst concert venues I've been to & should only be used for cricket & never for concerts. edited by janet on 13/03/2015 Couldn't agree more Janet. Came away wishing we had paid 595 so we would have been 'in' the concert which is wrong. Friends in the upper grandstand were ushered into the golden circle and were right next to him on the small stage whilst we in the lower paid more weren't. Such a disappointment.

We used Corian for the countertops. It can be moulded and is seamless so great for different designs. It's the most expensive option thought. Google Batimat as they supply and fit it.

Hi everyone... lately I have noticed I have no physical stamina to brave even a relaxing day out in the park... so I am planning to start working out to build some stamina... I am 37, weight is 52 kg, height 5.4 ... never gain weight, in fact prone to lose it easily... can anyone tell me what time is the best to do the work out, what type of workout routine is best to stay fit without losing weight ... I am not looking for a really ambitious plan ... just something that can built my stamina a bit and keep me healthy generally... TIA edited by Grittt1 on 02/02/2015[/quotes Weight training builds muscle and strength so you could put weight on in muscle. Body pump is a fantastic class for this and much more motivating than the gym for me as I would never do it on my own. You can do this two or three times a week but at least twice. Some HIT(high intensity training) such as tabata or circuits, indoor cycling. Anything that gets the heart rate through the roof then brings it back down again and repeat. This will improve your stamina and you should feel more energetic and not lethargic. You shouldn't do any of this on an empty stomach. If you find it difficult to eat before, have something as early as possible and easy digestible like a small bowl of cereal/porridge with berries/nuts or whole grain toast with a nut butter but avoid sugar as it causes your blood sugar levels to spike up then crash down. Food is a big factor in how you feel. And do eat after, something protein rich like eggs or a banana depending on how hungry you are but little and often is good. Good luck! edited by Bird on 03/02/2015

Are you trying to change your mortgage provider? We've just been through this. We told them we had a better offer and what could they do and said nothing. Once it came to the crunch they came up with an offer after delaying.

You don't need to use Muller Light. Rachel's do lovely organic fat free yoghurt and the best is total Greek yoghurt 0% fat and no sugar and high in protein. 30dhs a big tub though! Go for sugar less which usually means natural and add fruit if you like.

We've been told that if your property is sold within the 12 months notice period, you as tenants have first option to rent from your new LL. Always worth an ask, unless he definitely wants to live in it himself. That is what I heard, nothing about an extra 12 months on top of the 12 that have already been given. I think once you have had your 12 months that is it ( If it has been sold) That's also what I heard. We had the same problem around 6 years ago and the landlord moved new tenants in. We tried to pursue this with Dubai municipality but it was costly and they weren't really interested. Hopefully it's changed now.

I was at motorcity today and ironically there were three Muslim ladies at the non-Muslim food checkouts! I don't know if they realised or were most likely just shopping as normal. It won't work as far as preventing Muslims going where pork products have been and is pointless. I don't understand why they would introduce this now especially in the current climate.

They have allocated 5 checkouts in Spinneys Motor City The would be better adding some longer checkouts never mind pork ones. There is no space to pack your bags as the stuff comes flying down.

We are veggies and love thai. We typically eat the red and green curries (you can specify vegetarian and they will make it with veggies). Pad thai with or without eggs. Some thai joints also have mapu tofu which is technically not thai I guess but I eat what I get :) It's easy enough to eat Thai food by replacing meat with veggies as long as you don't object to the fish sauce and shrimp paste!

Bird is right... if you're talking about Thai food, EVERYTHING contains fish sauce, oyster sauce or both.. even their eggs! If they make it without (or omit it when asked), then it's not a real Thai restaurant or real Thai food. Sorry, I'm a Thai food fanatic/purist and don't like mixing or mellowing the cusine. Me too Sharoniouz!

Every Thai dish I know contains fish sauce as it's the way they season. Wouldn't taste right without it. Think you need to choose a different cuisine or eat the fish sauce!

I feel your pain QS! We came in '98 and had to leave for work in 2000. I was so upset. We went back to the UK for a year and hated it. After a stint elsewhere we finally got the opportunity to move back here ten years ago. I do not want to live in the UK and can't sell it to you! However, you have to make the most of it until your situation changes for your own sanity. Easier said than done! Try and focus on the positive. You have each other and family close by and the weather will improve or at least the days will get longer! Good luck.

I love the app generally although at the beginning of last year we experienced two venues that weren't prepared so had to pay full price. It was new though and we put it down to teething problems. We used it so much more with the app. Friends bought us the book as a thank you gift this year which is fantastic and very generous however we have already been out twice where we could have used it and have to remind each other to put it in the car. So now we will use the app to search which vouchers we can use and take them. Bit of a pain.

Last year HSBC gave all credit card customers the free HSBC Entertainer book, before the HSBC entertainer app came out, in the latter part of 2014. According to HSBC yesterday, it will be the app only this year. I'm happy with this. Me too. However, we went to use a 241 at the Angsana spa which cost 750. Saw it and booked it days before, expiry date end of March. Arrived and went to pay and it had disappeared! Very embarrassing and annoying as we wouldn't have gone for something that much. We got 20% off by paying with HSBC, a lot more than we should have paid! Spoken to them and waiting for them to get back to us, surprise, surprise! The voucher is now back on the app!

I was comparing the app to the free HSBC Entertainer book which has lots of vouchers, (25,000 offers I believe). I would have thought that the app would have similar/same number of offers? It has substantially less.... Right! It read as though you were comparing the HSBC app to the regular book. Makes sense now. ? I haven't got the HSBC book just the app. How do you get it?

The app doesn’t have as many offers as the book. Why is it mainly only food vouchers? Very few activity and casual dining. When I first downloaded it there were Nail Spa vouchers but now there are no beauty ones to be found! Very puzzling..... It's in addition to the entertainer not the same as. It's a perk of being an HSBC customer. The offers for me personally are great.

We got ours totAlly redone by Aquascape, very efficient, were there from 7-6 every day, knew what they were doing and we are very pleased with the end results. Do you have a number for them? I can't find them. Currently speaking to Poolsrus, poolsbydesign and Silverfox. They only do the pool and subcontract the landscaping to other companies.

Bird, I feel your pain. You don't feel any pain yet? Believe me, if you go ahead with this, you soon will. Here's my advice, FWIW: A) Find a room with some nice cool tiles. Lie down and scream. This is a critical part of the process. You will be revisiting it often. B) You have to decide between a cement pool or a fibre glass pool. As far as I've gleaned, the advantages of a cement pool is that you have a lot of design flexibility, it's a solid structure and the tiles won't fall off every five seconds. A fibreglass pool has limited designs, is prone to pressure from the surrounding sand and suffers from tile loss. However, the big advantage is that it doesn't necessitate four months of guys living in your garden. C) Once you've decided between fibre glass and cement, you can then select whichever companies specialise in each option. You should probably aim to meet with at least three. D) After multiple discussions, you will receive quotes. The quotes will continue to escalate to absurd levels, devoid of any relationship to the low cost of labour here. See point A). Repeatedly. E) You will start to dream about living somewhere with no sand, no pools, no prospect of four months of workers in your garden. You will fantasise about immediately moving to Switzerland, and the work hasn't even started yet. You will also become oppressively aware of just how long the building nightmare is going to continue. Months. And months. And months. See point A) F) Oh, and then there's the paperwork...... see point A) Thanks, this made me laugh! And think! Thanks everyone for the feedback.
