Depending on your budget, have a look at Buheirah Corniche, Qanat al Qasba area and Al Tawoon Rd/Al Mamzar Sharjah.

I had to do that a while ago and was told by the bank that I would have to have an account with them in order to exchange EUR to GBP. Changed at a travel agent in the end.

I sterilized for the first 12 months and bought a compact steam sterilizer from Pigeon brand which holds up to 2 wide neck bottles and hardly takes space in the suitcase. Alternatively, have a look at this travel sterilizer: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Babytec-2200-Compact-Travel-Steriliser/dp/B004IYIHQ8

I see. For us feeding day or night is more or less the same. Fingers crossed then that your DD sleeps through again!

Thanks for your reply Lancashire Lass. Weight is still in 50th percentile. Did your DD sleep through the night? As I still have to feed a couple of times at night.

My 3 months old doesn't take more than 3 oz (4 is rare) per feed or even less, no matter how many hours between feeds. He's exclusively FF since he was 5 weeks. Recently he starts to suck on his thumbs but refuses bottle or drinks very small amounts? Otherwise he is alert and active. Did anyone experience something similar?

Baby jogger City Select. There are 16 configurations suitable for twins or children close together in age. Unfortunately it is not available here so you need to ship it from the US or UK. You could always try a buggy board if the older child is old enough to stand? Thanks DB but I'm looking for a stroller like the donkey in which kiddies can be side by side. i think the donkey is the only good option in this case. Check the Baby Jogger City Mini double. It's side by side, and you can attach a bassinet for the newborn. Easy to fold and not too heavy as well.

Also have a quinny buzz and bought a Maclaren for travelling. Bought the techno xlr which reclines completely flat. However, even folded, the Maclaren is quite long and often doesn't fit in luggage areas on trains for example. Also I never managed to get it back at the door of the plane.

Hi Ladies? I am in desperate need of new long sleeved tops. I'm fair and hate suncream so I always cover my skin instead. Most of what I can find in the malls are loose-fitting shirt-style tops which don't work on my figure at all! I'm looking for fitted tops, long sleeves, stretch fabric, good quality (so not H&M), ideally in deep colours (jewel shades)...anyone got any ideas? edited by celticcavegirl on 22/04/2013 Bought lots of long sleeved, stretchy ones in camaieu and promod in the past.

Best to discuss the benefits and risks of implanting more than 2 embryos with your doctor. The probability of having multiples decreases with the age of the woman. The decision how many embryos to implant is also depending on the stage of the embryos, so best to have a talk with your doctor. He should be able to show you some age related statistics as well. Found this online for you: http://alturl.com/hsshj All the best!

Using Tommee Tippee and replace teets after 2 months and bottles after 4 months or earlier if they change colour (happens sometimes as I put them in the dishwasher). Added: have always a couple of bottles in use so don't sterilize them as often per day as you do. edited by Kermi on 06/08/2012

I bought the Icandy Peach with extra seat converter , my next bub is due in 4 weeks and i have a 19month old. I like the fact that it converts into a twin and single stroller. However i know lots of people swear by the maclaren twin techno as its suitable from newborn Brummie Bird, would you recommend the Peach for a quite tall toddler? TIA

Thx MF and MYCA I already have this it's like powder , but i saw ladie that she put somthing like creamy with the brush and she told me that it stay for 3 days even u wash it , it's like tattoo but it stay 3 days , but i forget toask from where I think you mean the kit from Beautiful Brows, the company SA_Babe mentioned. I's called 'Semi permanent eyebrow kit', and like SA_Babe said, it comes with a box of stencils and brow powder. You're supposed to remove the colour only with a waterproof eye make up remover. However, on me, I don't see a difference to the products from companies like Clinique or Benefit. Try it out first :)

Elle bear in mind that most places in the UK are rented fully furnished, and it can be hard to get LLs to remove bulky items such as beds.... Speaking from experience of shipping my entire flat from Oz and wishing I hadn't... No they aren't...lots and lots are unfurnished. I think it depends where you move to and if you plan to rent a house or a flat. We find it quite difficult to find an unfurnished flat in Glasgow Centre atm.

We used DASA International and were very happy with the service in Dubai. However, in UK, they used a partner company, and they were not so good. We shipped a complete 2BR flat, and they packed, wrapped and removed everything. Really happy with packing and wrapping, no damages. Best to give them a call and they will come to you and give you a quote based on what items you want to ship. ETA: If you have just a few boxes and furniture items, maybe look into shared container shipping. I think there was a thread about it not long ago. edited by Kermi on 30/04/2012

Plenty of nice parts of the West End (near the uni), and plenty of less desirable areas! You need to be careful that you don't end up in a tenement with loads of students. Do you prefer to rent a flat in West End/City Centre or would you rather rent a house in the suburbs? Thanks for the reply! We didn't make our mind up yet, would have to use public transport with LO, so tend to a flat atm. Do you have any recommendations for a good RE agent (besides the online listings)?

I am also introducing solids to my baby now, and I dont think you need a special food processor, any good processor is fine, you can even mash the food yourself with a fork. Or, am I missing something?[/q [b'>I actually use a blender and a fork to prepare some of my DD's food, you dont need any special one just as long it does the job its intended to do.[/b'> edited by muu on 21/03/2012 Same here. Using a steamer, and then a fork to mash. Was actually planning to buy the Avent 2 in1, but then accompanied a friend in UK to a weaning workshop where they encouraged to use a fork to have lumpier food from the start. ETA: I introduced one food at a time and waited 2-3 days before introducing another to watch for any reactions. edited by Kermi on 21/03/2012

We have a maclaren techno xlr. It reclines fully, and it's easy to fold, lightweight and sturdy. Cons are, the storage basket is difficult to access, and, when folded, it's still quite long and doesn't fit in regular stroller travel bags. We bought the maclaren for travel only, and I'm planning to check out the quinny zapp xtra, which folds really small. Check also www.strollersandprams.com for some detailed reviews.

We had a graco pack n play with bassinet and were very happy with it. Didn't use the changing station, though. We used a mothercare one during a hotel stay and found the graco much better and sturdier. We bought the graco at babyshop.
