Does anyone know whether I can buy buckwheat in the supermarkets here, other than the imported brands? Will local brands call it something else?
The imported brands are working out too expensive for me to buy regularly.
Thanks

I saw this ad on dubizzle this morning - http://tnydu.biz/EbfaGc Says its a russian brand... is'nt that too cheap...just wondering how good it'd be? Thats 1/10th of what I pay at organics. edited by Glitzi on 09/05/2013

Thank you Glitzi, I think that's prob the same as what I already have. I bought it in Lulu's. It's just 3 times more expensive than in the US :(

Not sure this will help you coco pops, but I have seem a section in Geant supermarket stocking the same organic brand of buckwheat, amaranth etc that is available at the Organics Food and Cafe. Maybe it'll be worthwhile to do a price comparison with organics -may workout cheaper.
