Crunchie Cream

Crunchie Cream

Ingredients

2 cups of whipping cream
2 Crunchie bars
6 Meringue Nests, or equivalent amount of home made meringue

Preparation

  • Whip the Cream
  • Roughly crush the meringue
  • Crush the Crunchie Bars in their packets.. so save the mess
  • Fold all this together, spoon into glasses, chill before serving.
  • Very Very ‘More-ish’ !!
