Greek Salad

Ingredients

6 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz cucumber, peeled and diced
½ onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
4 oz. seeded olives, your choice
2 oz. feta cheese, crumbed

Preparation

  • In a bowl combine all the ingredients bar the cheese
  • sprinkle the feta on top of the vegetables
  • dress with Greek salad dressing
