Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients

15 oz. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 lemon’s rind, grated
2.7 fl oz. lemon juice

Preparation

  • Combine ice cream, rind and juice and mix well
  • Cover and freeze until firm
