Spaghetti carbonara
Ingredients

While pasta boiling, fry some lardons and sliced mushrooms adding garlic when almost done, splash of grape or stock.

In a bowl beat eggs, Parmesan and nutmeg with salt and pepper. When pasta done stir into lardons and mushrooms to coat, take off heat, chuck in egg mixture with a bit of pasta water and add some chopped parsley, yum!
