Ingredients
Preparation

Cut the cos lettuce into strips

Shred the iceberg lettuce

Grate the carrots
-
Slice the cucumbers
-
Thinly slice the onions
-
Cut rosa tomatoes in half

Slice the red peppers
-
Slice the green apple and leave the skin on

Grate the beetroot
-
Place all ingredients into a salad bowl and mix
