Ingredients
Preparation

In a pot heat the oil. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and sauté

Add the water, making sure it is warm. Add the chicken to that
-
Bring to boil and simmer on a medium high heat for approximately 20 minutes

Season with the fish sauce

Add the papaya and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the papaya is softened
-
Add the chili leaves and remove the pot from the heat
-
Serve with plain rice.
